Call 719-267-4858 or e-mail the shelter if there's a special dog (as we cannot bring them all) you'd like to see at our adoption fair at Circle F Ranch Supply located on Garden of the Gods Road just east of I25 in Colorado Springs, Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Spay and Neuter is now a state law for shelters and a deposit is included in the adoption price. If the animal is not already altered, state law requires it be done within 90 days of the adoption.

Cindy is the only one available to bring dogs for adoptions now. Please either call or e-mail the shelter, or check on Craigslist for listings of adoption sites.

If the animal is not already altered, the shelter will either provide the surgery through Hamlett Spay and Neuter Clinic, Cook Veterinary Hospital, or High Plains Veterinary Hospital, all located in Colorado Springs, or Southern Colorado Spay and Neuter Clinic in Pueblo, or will reimburse the new owner $50 toward the cost of the surgery once proof (provided by the vet) is received at the shelter.
